The "Pianissimo" basket joins the two "Resonance" (the 2006 centrepieceand the 2008 fruit holder) and the "Harmonic" basket (2008) created bythe same Australian designer. As in all her projects, Abi uses geometricartistic drawings as a basis to create three-dimensional sculpturedobjects, subjecting the sheet steel to successive cutting, folding andcurving operations.
