- Consistency Thixotropic paste; INDICATIONS Joint dimensions: The width of the expansion joints must be designed according to the movement capacity of the seal. To delimit thebottom of the joint, and to avoid three-phase contact, you should use a polyethene foam cord.Apply the silicone with the help of a gun according to the thickness of the joint, and smooth it before forming a coating. The silicone can be cleaned with a solvent before hardens. Once it has been hardened, it can only be removed mechanically. It is recommended to carry out previous tests. APPLICATIONS Recommended for sealing expansion joints between porous and non-porous surfaces such as concrete, cement, brick, aluminium, PVC, glass, ceramics, plastics and wood.
