Anita Dineen has designed the cheese knife Antechinus. Its lines recallboth the stylised forms of a slice of cheese and those of a little mouseintent on enjoying his favourite food. The curve creates a sensuousgrip, giving the knife a balanced and aesthetically pleasing aspect.Antechinus can stand on its blade and doesn't need any support: the factthat both sides of the blade are sharpened, also make it suitable foruse as a cheese cutter for mature cheeses. Antechinus is a little mousenative to Australia.
