Designed by Richard Sapper, the pot of La Cintura di Orione series wasdeveloped with the advice of starred chef Gualtiero Marchesi.Cylindrical, it is made in multiply (exterior in steel AISI 430 magnetic+ highly thick aluminum + interior in stainless steel 18/10), whichguarantees an optimum thermal distribution throughout the pot's surfaceand also allows it to be used on induction heat sources. It is ideal forboiling, simmering or steaming. The name of this exclusive collection, La Cintura di Orione, derivesfrom the three stars found at the center of the Orion constellation.
