FORTEX Stone Cutting Disc for Stationary Machine C20R 350 x 4 x 32 mm

- For choosing the type of abrasive and hardness, in general can be applied the same advices than for cutting by hand, however, thesection to be cut and the power of the machine, soft disc must be choosen;
- The operating speed is 80 m/s, but when tangential speed decreases due at wears of the disc, the performance decreases notably;
- Using excessively the disc is not profitable;
- When machine allows, increase the speed at the same time that the disc reduces it self;
- Use a cut-off machine powerful enough;
- For Ø300 mm cutting disc, we sugest a machine of at least 4 Kw;
- At time the diameter of this disc increases and the section to be cut, the required power is larger too;
- In order to obtain clean and cool cuts, we suggest an entering speed into material aprox. 50 m/seg. or higher.
