CHEMITOOL Bandsaw Blades are produced in bimetallic alloy steel, with 8% cobalt fast steel teeth, thus creating the best combination between cost and benefit for most demanding applications.
The CHEMITOOL bimetallic band saw blade is developed with the most advanced technology to increase strength and minimize breaks. The filament of the teeth, produced in M42 high speed steel provides great resistance to heating and wear. The cutting angle can vary in neutral tooth and positive tooth, increasing the penetration, allowing a faster advance in the cutting process, as well as minimizing the noise and vibration since the first cut in the correct application.
Neutral tooth (0º), indicated for tubes and profiles.
Positive tooth (10º), especially suitable for solid sections.
Teeth with a wear resistance hardness of about 67-69 HRC. Extremely versatile, it cuts a wide variety of materials, from low carbon steels to high strength alloys. The advanced design of the band saw blades, makes it possible to cut a var
